Pizza Dough

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
1 T oil
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, salt and flour. Mix well. Divide dough in half; let rest 15 minutes. Roll each portion of dough out on floured board to fit pizza pan. Add desired toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

To see if done, lift up bottom of crust. It should be firm and light brown.

Makes 2 medium to large pizzas.
